Supported by e2i, the Singapore Productivity Association will be conducting the Techniques for Prioritizing Productivity Improvements workshop for PMEs who have responsibility for leading productivity improvements in the companies / organization.

Conducted by Mr K H Wong, a business consultant, management trainer and company director with almost 2 decades in the consumer products industry. He had been working in various functions including Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Human Resource, Training, Marketing, Logistics, Budgeting and General Management.

In the last 10 years, KH has been actively working as a consultant to various projects to improve customer-centricity, enhance human resource skills and enable new business processes for better performance. He has serviced organisations in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Korea, Singapore and Indonesia. KH also conducts programs that include change, coaching, leadership, team-building and management, and is recognised as one of the better trainers who successfully interact with the participants to improve learning capacity.Measurement. 
“So much to do, where do we start?
This is an often heard question. The answer is in the application of environmental scans to the productivity situation in the organization to ensure that the situation is well understood before embarking on any change. PEST factors and Porter’s 5 Forces analyses will be used to perform macro and industry scan to study where relative strengths and weaknesses of the organization are in productivity improvement.
