About P-MAX@SPA
P-Max@SPA is a key programme that helps to Place and Train Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) in SMEs.
The programme is designed to prepare PMETs joining SMEs to:

SMEs that can retain their newly hired PMET for at least 6 months will receive a one-time Government Grant of $5,000.

- Understand the SME landscape, face challenges and seize opportunities
- Develop a growth mindset and self-confidence to excel
- Acquire and apply critical thinking and essential workplace skills to contribute effectively and deliver results aligned with their SME’s goals
P-Max@SPA also seeks to help SMEs:
- Better recruit, train, manage and retain their newly hired PMETs,
- Encourage the adoption of progressive human resource practices within SMEs
- Help to place job-seeking PMETs into suitable SME jobs
SMEs that can retain their newly hired PMET for at least 6 months will receive a one-time Government Grant of $5,000.

Workshops |
To achieve these aims, the P-Max Programme Manager needs to conduct workshops for both the PMET and his/her SME Supervisor. The details of the workshops are as follows:
2-Day PMET Workshop Aim: To equip PMET with Personal and Workplace Management Skills to work in an SME Duration: 2 Days Fee Payable: $160.50 inclusive of GST (After Government’s Grant of 90%) SME Supervisor Workshop Aim: To help the SME adopt progressive HR practices to attract and retain human capital Duration: 1 Day Fee Payable: $53.50 (inclusive of GST) (After Government’s Grant of 90%) The upcoming schedule of P-Max@SPA workshops is as follows:
