SQI/SPA Symposium Acheiving Business Excellence through Quality & Productivity - Addressing issues in a Globalised Economy This sympoisum is jointly orgnised by Singapore Quality Institute (SQI) and Singapore Productivity Assocation (SPA) and supported by SPRING Singapore. It will servce as a platform for sharing of knowledge and to encourage discussion on how organisations can address issues and challenges in achieving Business Excellence.

Keynote Speaker Mr. Glenn Walters is a ex-US Air Force officer with over 30 years experience in leadership and quality realtedroles, with an extensive quality management background. He is a Certified Master Quality Air Force Instructor and has taught/consulted on quality, leadership and management worldwide. He often speaks on quality and leadership realted concepts at state and national conferences such as the annual Quality New Mexico Conference, Federal Quality Conference and the National Quality in Education Conference.
