Supported by e2i, the Singapore Productivity Association will be conducting the Implementing Productivity - A Total Approach workshop for organisations who wished to have a better understanding of the company's current productivity level.

Conducted by Low Choo Tuck, Mr Low currently provides training and consultancy services in productivity and quality management. He was formerly Director for Strategic Planning in SPRING Singapore.
Companies often complained that they were unable to benefit fully from productivity improvement in spite of much efforts. This could be due to reasons such as weak employee support, uncoordinated efforts or  adopting a  piecemeal approach to improvement. Companies can achieve better results if they adopt an integrated approach to productivity improvement..
